Say you light just the front roofline of a one-story home, about 120 linear feet, on the Good tier.

What changes the price
- Linear feet. More roofline means more track and more lights.
- Peaks, gables and corners. Complex rooflines take more cuts and more time.
- Height and access. Two-story eaves and steep sections take more setup.
- Zones. Each separately controlled section adds wiring and setup.
- Power. Whether there's a usable outlet near the controller location.
- Approvals. HOA or city paperwork. We help prepare it.
Choose coverage and control, not a mystery package
Good covers the roofline people see most, the front of the house. It has the lowest price per foot and is an easy place to start.
Better adds the sides people see from the street and the driveway, and splits the house into zones so you can run different scenes in different places.
Best lights the full perimeter, with the most zones and accent runs. It's for homes seen from several sides, like corner lots, homes on a golf course or long curving drives.
Every tier uses the same lights and the same app. The tiers differ in how much of the house is covered and how finely you can control it. Your mockup shows each option on your actual house.

How much does permanent roofline lighting cost?
We price by the linear foot of roofline we light, starting $27/ft for our Good tier. Better and Best add coverage and control and cost more per foot. A front roofline of 120 ft at the starting rate works out to about $3,240 before any extras.
The things that move the price most are how many feet you light, how many gables, peaks and corners there are, roof height and access, and how many separately controlled zones you want. Your free night mockup comes with a price for each tier. See how Good, Better and Best work.
What are Founding Homes?
We are new, so we are offering permanent lighting for the first 10 homes at a launch price, [PLACEHOLDER: launch price or discount]. In exchange, you let us photograph and film your home before and after. Those will be our first real install photos. The offer is for lighting installs. Ask about it when you request your mockup.
What warranty do you offer?
